Big Blue Moma have been importing handwoven, fair trade baskets to Canada from Ghana since 2012 and currently work with around 300 weavers and their families in the village of Bolgatanga, Ghana. The weavers are paid a fair wage and work from the
comfort of their homes. The collaboration with the Big Blue Moma brand means that the weavers are safe and happy while growing alongside the business.
